Jacotte Brazier, dont la grand-mère Eugénie
fut la première femme à obtenir, en 1933 (puis en 1951), trois étoiles au
Michelin, a annoncé la vente de son restaurant "La mère Brazier" de la rue
Royale à Lyon, une adresse incontournable du monde politique et économique
lyonnais. La guide Michelin
accorder des étoiles au restaurants, un, deux or trois. Ils sont des objets de
tant de convoitise.
Eugénie Brazier was the first woman
to obtain three Michelin stars in 1933 (and again in 1951). The Michelin
Guide awards restaurants between one and three stars, and they are
coveted. Her granddaughter, Jacotte Brazier,
has just announced the sale of the family
restaurant "La mère Brazier" on Royale Street in Lyon, a very important
address in Lyon's world of politics and economics.
